How it works
- First year: 1 paid day per full month worked (max 11 days).
- After 1 year with 80%+ attendance: 15 days. From the 3rd year, +1 day every 2 years, up to 25 days.
- Applies to workplaces with 5 or more employees and workers with 15+ hours a week. Unused leave is generally paid out.
